RETURN POLICY

Movilshacks go to lengths to ensure that your interests are protected when you shop with us. While our after-sale services are designed to maximize your flexibility so you can make the most of your purchases.

 

15 Days Peace of Mind Policy

 

In addition to your warranty, Movilshacks provides a 15 days Peace of Mind Policy if you find the product is not quite what you are looking for, or change your mind about your purchase, Under this policy, you can return items order or ask for model exchange. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees and insurance charges to the specified address and items should be returned with a copy of your order receipt/ invoice. It is also your responsibility to ensure that the product is shipped and reaches the address safely and without any damage (in transit) to ensure that the claim is processed appropriately.

Customers may request to return the item(s) OR replacement within 15 days from receiving your item. Failure to do so will void any return or refund claim on that basis. Refunds will not be processed until the item has been received and inspected by our representative. The item ship back for returning or replacement must in their original packaging.

Under this policy, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees and insurance charges to the address of our choosing and items should be returned with a copy of your order receipt/ invoice. If any of the above conditions and requirements are not met, then the return case will be rejected.  Amount to be refunded will be item price (i.e. amount of order minus related shipping and payment surcharge) and refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of the item(s) being received or replacement will be issued to you within 7-10 working days after the item(s) being received

Faulty item return policy

 

You may return the goods to us if you find it faulty due to manufacturer fault, provided that the request is made within 15 days upon you receiving of the goods. We will acknowledge receipt of your request and advise you the proper procedure of returning the goods to us.

For refund or replacement of faulty items, you will need to meet the following conditions:

 

- Request of return notification must be sent to our customer service team for acknowledgment and received by us within 15 days after you received.
- Item(s) must be purchased from Movilshacks
- Item(s) are returned with a copy of your receipt/invoice.
- Item(s) are in the condition same as bought from Movilshacks (with all original packaging including all accessories).
- Item(s) returned are confirmed to be faulty after our inspection.

Under this policy, after we confirm your return request, we will arrange courier service to pick up the wrong item(s) from you from the delivery address of your order (unless otherwise specified) and have the item(s) returned back to us.

If any of the above conditions and requirements are not met or the item(s) is/are not confirmed as faulty goods, the return case will be rejected under this policy and any incurring charges will be deducted from your refund of item price.

Refunds will be processed upon receiving your returned item and the inspection is passed. A credit will be applied to your Credit Card or your original method of payment within 7-10 working days. When we process the refund, a refund email will be sent to your order’s email

 

Wrong Item Policy

 

Movilshacks offer a 15 Day Wrong Item Return Policy from the day of receiving on all items if you find yourself receive a wrong item (the item sent to you is not the one you purchased in order). For wrong good(s) received, you could contact our customer service team for the correct item to be reshipped to you subject to below condition(s):

 

- Request for return of goods must be sent to our customer service team for acknowledgment and received by us within 15 days after you received.

- Item(s) must be purchased from Movilshacks

- Item(s) received are not what you ordered.

- Item(s) must be returned to us in original and unused condition with all product packaging, and all accessories included.

 

Under this policy, after we confirm your return request, we will arrange courier service to pick up the wrong item(s) from you from the delivery address of your order (unless otherwise specified) and have the item(s) returned back to us. Once item(s) has/have been confirmed as the wrong item after receiving and inspection, the item(s) you ordered will be arranged earliest to be shipped back you within 1-3 working days.

If any of the above conditions and requirements are not met or the item(s) is/are confirmed as the correct item(s) you ordered, the return case will be rejected under this policy and any incurring charges, for example, pick up fee and freight charge will be deducted from your refund of item price.
